Dr. Kristi Parker

Dr. Kristi Parker is a board-certified pediatric dentist with a heart for children. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Parker completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Texas A&M University in Nutritional Science, and then proceeded to complete her Master of Science degree at Texas Woman’s University.

She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where she received the Professionalism and Integrity Award for her dental school class. She has also received the Ninth District Dental Society Collegiality Award for her commitment to ethics and professionalism.

After dental school, Dr. Parker worked as a general dentist in a family practice. However, her love of children motivated her to go on to attend a dental residency program in Pediatric Dentistry. There, she gained expertise in the unique oral health needs of children and adolescents.

Dr. Parker decided to open her own practice and purchased The Beach House Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. She modernized the office and added special touches so that she and her team can deliver the highest quality dental care in a way that’s fun and empowering. Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Parker worked as a Registered Dietitian. She continues to have a passion for nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, which helps her encourage and motivate her patients and their families to reach their oral health goals.

Outside of the practice, Dr. Parker is part of the leadership team with the Houston Association of Pediatric Dentists, a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and a member of the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry and Texas Dental Association. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, staying active, and volunteering for a variety of organizations.
